Who we are
This website belongs to Ali Cool Tech & Heating Services, a patio heater manufacturer based at Hakim Chowk, Ashiyana Road, Bank Stop, Lahore, Pakistan.
What you share with us
When you send an inquiry you give us your name, phone or WhatsApp number, your city and any details you choose to add, such as an event date or the number of heaters you need. Please do not send information you would not want us to keep.
How the form works
The form is handled inside your browser. It prepares a WhatsApp message with your details and opens WhatsApp so you can read it and press send yourself. We only receive the message once you send it. This site does not run its own database of form submissions, and WhatsApp processes the message under its own privacy terms.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser and the page requested, for security and reliability.
How we use your details
- To answer your question and prepare a quotation
- To arrange delivery, setup or collection for your order or event
- To give after-sales support where it applies
- To keep records required for accounting or legal purposes
We do not sell your information. We share only what is needed with delivery or logistics providers, or where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the details you have shared, or to stop contacting you about an inquiry. Call or WhatsApp 0320 4849700 and we will sort it out.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.
Terms & conditions
These terms cover use of this website and inquiries made through it. The written quotation for a specific purchase or rental sets the terms for that transaction.
Quotations and prices
- Prices depend on the model, quantity and delivery city, so each inquiry is quoted individually.
- Nothing on this website is an offer. A price is fixed only when our team confirms it in writing.
- Quotation validity, payment terms and taxes are stated on the quotation itself.
Orders and rentals
- An order or rental is confirmed only after our team accepts it in writing.
- A rental inquiry is not a booking. We check availability for your date, city and quantity first.
- No payment is collected through this website.
- Each rental quotation lists exactly what is included: delivery, setup, collection, gas or consumables.
- Event details must be accurate. Changes depend on availability and may change the price.
Product information
Photographs are representative, and finish or minor details can vary between production batches. Where a specification is not confirmed for a batch we mark it “on request” instead of publishing a figure that may be wrong. The confirmed specification is stated with your quotation.
Delivery and setup
Delivery, setup and collection are confirmed for each order or event before dispatch. Charges and included services are listed on your quotation, not assumed.
Safety
Patio heaters are outdoor appliances. Never use one indoors or in a poorly ventilated enclosed space. Follow the operating and safety instructions supplied with the unit, keep it clear of flammable materials, and never move a heater while it is lit or hot.
Warranty and after-sales
Warranty terms are confirmed for the exact unit and order. They do not cover damage from misuse, incorrect gas connections, unauthorised modification or failure to follow the supplied instructions.
Liability and law
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Lahore.
